How does PCH work?
PCH works very similarly to the other types of hire we offer; the only difference is PCH is for personal use only. The process begins with you selecting the make and model of car you want. We then work with you to come to an agreement length, an annual mileage, and how many months you want to pay your initial payment over. We use that information to work out your monthly payment. Once you take delivery of the car, you will pay the agreed initial price, which is then followed by monthly payments that are fixed for the duration of your agreement.
You will have access to extras that we include in your contract, such as maintenance and tyre replacements. At the end of your contract, you hand the keys back to us and we collect the car. We’ll then carry out an inspection and ask you to sign for the mileage and condition of the car. If you have decided to pick a new car with us, you can simply swap them. Our process makes sure you have a smooth, easy and hassle-free experience.
Things to keep in mind with PCH
There are a lot of benefits to PCH, but there are some things to keep in mind when you choose this option:
- You never own the car.
- There may be a mileage charge if you exceed your agreed mileage allowance.
